Mr. Jain is a commerce graduate, Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and CPA from CPA Australia.

He has over 30 years of working experience including 15 years at international level in various countries. Before joining Wollongong Resources Pty Ltd he was working with JSPL as CFO – Global Ventures mainly responsible for WRPL. He held various middle management & senior management positions with the companies.

Mr. Jain has experience in working with Accounts, Finance, MIS, Budgeting, SBU performance Reviews etc. He was involved in due diligence exercise, shareholding transfers and merger of subsidiary companies while working with one of the overseas companies.

Mr. Jain is associated with Wollongong Resources since 2017.
