Mr Sharma is a Management Graduate from the University of Canberra with over 25 years of experience in business management. He has held various senior positions in two other companies before joining Wollongong Resources. Mr Sharma has been associated with Wollongong Resources Pty Limited since its inception in 2004 as a Company Secretary and has held various other senior roles.
Mr Srivastava has more than 25 years of experience in Coal and Mineral business while working for some the largest Steel and Aluminium companies of India in various functional roles. His experience includes Business Development, Raw Material Procurement for Steel and Aluminium Industry, Exploration and Development of Greenfield Mining Projects in India and South East Asia.
CFO
Mr. Jain is a commerce graduate, Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and CPA from CPA Australia.
He has over 30 years of working experience including 15 years at international level in various countries. Before joining Wollongong Resources Pty Ltd he was working with JSPL as CFO – Global Ventures mainly responsible for WRPL. He held various middle management & senior management positions with the companies.
Acting CEO
Bill Vatovec is an outcome driven and community focused mining executive with over 40 years’ experience in the global resources industry. Bill has previously worked in executive leadership roles for KEPCO, Vale and BHP ranging from planning approvals, safety, compliance, construction, including senior on site operational experience in large-scale mining and processing operations throughout Australia and internationally.
Chief Financial Officer
Anil Jain is a commerce graduate, Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and CPA from CPA Australia. He has over 30 years of experience including 15 years of international experience having worked with big industrial groups of India like Tatas, B K Birla and DCM Shriram.
