Sanjay Sharma is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in senior business management. He holds a B.Com (Hons) in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration, providing a strong academic foundation in finance and business.

Currently, Sanjay is leading Wollongong Resources as a Director, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing corporate governance, legal compliance, and strategic decision making. His expertise encompasses various facets of business management, including  corporate compliance, commercial negotiations, financial transactions, and litigation resolutions.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Sanjay has held several senior positions at Wollongong Resources, including Chief Commercial Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Legal Head. His leadership and strategic thinking have played a crucial role in executing numerous commercial and financial transactions, as well as resolving highstakes litigations.
